1. We Have School This Week
School Day: This week's school is switched to Saturday, December 3, 2011 due to facility scheduling conflict. Start Time: 6:30 pm
GYM Usage: Both big and small gyms are available to us.
Next school day is December 9, 2011 (refer to School Calendar).
2. School Announcement
(1) Public Speech Class
As of today, Mr. Givens is scheduled to teach the class on Dec. 03 (Saturday). Mr. Givens is a very experienced teacher and has taught public speaking class for college level for many years.
Parents: If your kids wish to continue attending this class, please go to the on-duty desk to make the payment ($150 for rest of school year, plus $10 late fee) ASAP. Thank you for your support.
(2) STA Class
We will not have SAT math class on this Saturday.
(3) GYM Use - Safety Rules & Fees Re-Emphasized
The big and small gyms are only for used for following purpose.
(a) For adult paid-users (basketball and volleyball, $60/year or $4/per week), from 6:30 to 8:20 pm
(b) For children basketball and volleyball classes ($120/year), from 8:30 to 9:20 pm
(c) For parent aerobic class ($15/night as a group for rental), from 8:30 to 9:20 pm
(d) For parent dance class ($50/for rest of year) from 8:30 to 9:20 pm
(e) For parents resting and socializing
Parents,
It has come to our attention that little kids sometimes run around in the gym or play basketballs or volleyballs. These kids may be unintentionally hurt by adult players. For the safety of your children, please make sure that your little ones not to run around in the gyms or play basketball or volleyball. If your kids wish to have fun with basketball or volleyball, please enroll him or her in the Children Basketball or Children Volleyball classes during the third hour. Your corporation is greatly appreciated.

(4) This Week's Principle On-Duty
Tony Ge and Xiaomi Zhang are our co-principle on-duty for this week (12/3/2011). Larry Zhang and Gary Yan will be the co-principle on-duty for next school session (12/9/2011).
(5) General Tasks for High School Helpers
Below is a list of tasks for high school helpers:
- ring the bell when classes start, break, and end;
- help principles on-duty to collect GYM fee;
- keep the hall way quiet and stop kids from running in the hall way;
- make sure tables and chairs are in order in classrooms after classes are over;
- help to fold back the tables and benches after school is over
- carry on other tasks that principles on-duty assign to you
